Job Description

Responsibilities

Coordinate and implements Sales & marketing activities and communication projects with responsibilities that include site inspections, public relations, special events management, advertising, and creating brand awareness. Organizes the preparation of proposals and presentations using marketing resource materials such as brochures, data, slides, photographs, and reports.
Record and produce video and photographs of product independently for our social media
Assists the Director of Sales and Marketing in administrative functions.
Provides telephone support for Sales and Marketing department.
Maintains the filing system for the Sales and Marketing department.
Types all correspondence for Director of Sales and Marketing.
Performs mailing, faxing, and express mail functions for Sales and Marketing department.
Prepares reports for the department as needed.
Assists with the preparation of the annual Sales and Marketing plan.
Publication of video’s on industry related sites.
Coordinate and participate in promotional activities or trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, or production managers, to market products or services.
Interact and assist sales team

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Minimum formal education of a high school diploma and a minimum of one-year job-related experience. Social media is a bonus...
Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing.
Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of sales & marketing to analytical side, able to
demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Self-motivated and confident in making sound business decisions
Successful with outlining, managing and performing in multi-tasking environment
Experience with tight deadlines for managing projects
Creative problem solving
Team-oriented with positive attitude
Ability to build strong relationships with outside partners
Ability and willingness to travel and work weekends
Proven job reliability, diligence, dedication and attention to detail
