The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will provide clerical and administrative support for the Sales and Marketing Managers, including typing, computer input, filing, tracing, answering telephones (for entire office as required), printing reports, maintaining files, departmental records/logs and client database. Other tasks will include assisting in site inspections, response to leads with written proposals, preparing schedules for client visits, maintaining office calendar of events and actively ensuring a cohesive and efficient work flow. Coordinators will also support the consistent development and promotion of a favorable image for The Mark Hotel. Sales Coordinators will also provide clerical and administrative support to other key executives, notably the General Manager, Director of Sales & Marketing and Director of Sales.



  • Bachelor degree.

  • Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.

  • Must be Computer literate in all Microsoft Office applications.

  • Fluency in English with strong communication skills both written and verbally.
