Supervisors possess strong leadership, communication and relationship skills. They are expected to support senior leadership by developing and assuming basic management responsibilities. This role leads other associates by coaching, giving direction and may include training, scheduling, payroll and interviewing.



The Rooms Supervisor is responsible for managing the experience of our VIP and Regency Club guest through the pre-arrival, arrival, and departure activities as well as providing support in supervising Front Office Operations compromised of Front Office, Guest Services, Concierge, and Regency Club. Thiswill includecommunication on our VIP and Regency Club guest preferences to hotel departments through written, verbal and PMS system communication, managing shifts, arranging pre-arrival amenities, solving guest concerns, delivering wants, andproviding engaging, sincere, personalized service to all guests. This positions offers the opportunity for someone to unleash their interpersonal strengths, anticipating needs while ensuing exceptional service and care to our guest is provided. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience.
