- Takes Room Service Orders via telephone and written requests.
- Uses proper phone etiquette.
- Greets guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Verifies accuracy of order before delivering to the guests.
- Deliver room service orders to guests in a timely fashion in according to set standards.
- Setup room service tray.
- Present check in a friendly in courteous manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Call guest to ensure satisfaction.
- Remove trays and tables from guest floors and breakdown trays at dish machine.
- Communicates with management regarding guest comments and concerns.
- Prepares & delivers amenities.
- Perform all assigned side work such as fill condiments, clean and setup stations being sure to maintain proper pars.
