Room Service Operator (overnight)

Position Description

This is an overnight part-time position.

Hours Required: The position is 2 nights a week; either Fridays and Saturdays or Sundays and Mondays from 10:45pm until 7:00 am.

The basic purpose of this position is to receive, record, and expedite all Room Service orders while ensuring quality service and guest satisfaction.

Knowledge and Skills:

Education: Ability to read, write and communicate in English.

Experience: One year of employment in a related field with this company or other organization(s) is preferred.

Skills and Abilities: Ability to speak in language understood but guests and coworkers. Ability to operate computer terminal, cash register, multi-line telephone system. Hospitality skills.
