Pacific Hospitality Group is seeking a Revenue Manager-Multi-Hotel, who is committed to implementing and evaluating the most effective reservations and revenue management techniques, procedures and channels for the hotels to join our team.

The Revenue Manager-Multi-Hotel assists the assigned Marriott branded properties in meeting revenue goals and growing market share by developing and leading total hotel pricing and inventory optimization strategies. The Manager analyzes hotels' performance and pricing effectiveness; identifies revenue opportunities and makes recommendations to hotels for pricing and/or inventory management changes; monitors demand trends, booking patterns, pace and market conditions; analyzes reports and data and develops models and projections; measures outcomes and effectiveness of revenue improvement programs and optimizes all revenue streams.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, and push/pull, The employee is constantly required to hear, and talk. The employee must occasionally walk, climb stairs, stand, crouch/bend/stoop, reach, smell, and grasp and lift objects weighing up to 40 pounds. Frequent visits to individual properties, of such facilities which have a wide diversity of topography are required. Specific vision abilities constantly required are near vision and occasionally required include close and far vision. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
