Job Description


Pacific Hospitality Group is seeking a Revenue Manager-Multi-Hotel, who is committed to implementing and evaluating the most effective reservations and revenue management techniques, procedures and channels for the hotels to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Revenue Manager-Multi-Hotel assists the assigned Marriott branded properties in meeting revenue goals and growing market share by developing and leading total hotel pricing and inventory optimization strategies. The Manager analyzes hotels' performance and pricing effectiveness; identifies revenue opportunities and makes recommendations to hotels for pricing and/or inventory management changes; monitors demand trends, booking patterns, pace and market conditions; analyzes reports and data and develops models and projections; measures outcomes and effectiveness of revenue improvement programs and optimizes all revenue streams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensures a consistent and rational hotel pricing and yield strategy across all channels and all segments according to the company's and brand pricing philosophy.
  • Proactively manages inventory for the hotels to optimize revenue in all areas including Rooms, Function Space and Food and Beverage.
  • Accurately prepare Monthly and Weekly Forecasts.
  • Proactively provides data to the team for the purpose of analyzing and evaluating specific business segments, account and channel production.
  • Recognizes market trends and their relevance to one another and provides pricing, inventory and selling strategy recommendations.
  • Participates in the preparations of the transient and group rooms budgets and contributes to the development of the hotel's marketing plan.
  • Works hand in hand with the on brand and corporate marketing teams to drive digital marketing initiatives and optimize direct e-commerce channel performance.
  • Assists in developing 3-month, 6-month, and 12-months strategic action plans for the management of transient revenues.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years related industry revenue management experience
  • Extensive knowledge working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Extensive knowledge of GDS and third party distribution channels
  • Experience using Marriott branded systems and applications

Ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally
  • Bachelor Degree in hospitality a plus
  • Ability and experience in working in a high volume, time sensitive environment
  • Experience in preparing budgeting and expertise in analyzing Profit and Loss Statements

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, and push/pull,   The employee is constantly required to hear, and talk.  The employee must occasionally walk, climb stairs, stand, crouch/bend/stoop, reach, smell, and grasp and lift objects weighing up to 40 pounds.  Frequent visits to individual properties, of such facilities which have a wide diversity of topography are required. Specific vision abilities constantly required are near vision and occasionally required include close and far vision.  Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
