Job OverviewThis position is integral to the success of the Hotel's Revenue Management team. This position will be responsible for the preparation of revenue reports that will assist the Director of Revenue in implementing the Hotel's yield strategies. In addition, the Revenue Manager will be required to review and analyze reports such as Market Vision, STAR, Hotel Intelligence and other measurement tools and present revenue opportunities for the hotel.Essential Functions
  • Maintain integrity of the Delphi system for the property to include all quarterly maintenance reports
  • Generate Weekly MK reports and distribute to DOSM and DOR for approval and review
  • Generate Daily Bookings Report & Weekly Dashboard Report
  • Assist in create Monthly Executive Summary
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of specified hotel information, correspondence, reports and files

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of one year of front office management, accounting or similar experience in a hotel
  • College graduate desirable
  • Knowledge of all industry reports such as STR, Hotelligence, and Market Vision
  • Advanced mathematical skills
  • Advanced computer skills specifically in Microsoft office, particularly Excel, Power Point and Hotel’s PMS
  • Ability to work quickly in a high-pressure & high stress environment
  • Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Exceptional with details and follow up
