-Implementing revenue management strategies and related processes for all of Spinnaker's Resorts as it relates to the SMC Rental program.
-Recommending and implementing approved inventory utilization whereby ensuring inventory utilization and revenue is maximized.
-Monitoring and analyzing inventory levels, allocations, banking, ADR and make recommendations on best allocation strategy.
-Creating and maintaining an on-going rolling demand calendar.
-Developing annual budget and projected revenue streams.
-Conducting competitive market analysis, as well as creating and maintaining department summaries and reporting.
-Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field
-Several years of hands-on Revenue Management Experience (similar to the Hotel Industry)
-Knowledge of extranet site management
-Advanced computer skills, especially with MS Office programs (Word/Excel/Outlook)
-Strong analytical skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Proven ability to lead and implement initiates (results-driven)
