This is a dual-property role responsible for Trump Washington DC and Trump Vancouver.
REPORTS TO: Cluster Director, Revenue Management
Internal: Property Director of Revenue Management, Property General Managers, Property Director of Sales & Marketing, Property Reservation Managers and Assistants.
This position is responsible for collecting data and preparing reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Key reports include:
Weekly – Collection of property revenue packets
Monthly – Channel Contribution by Hotel
Monthly – Account Production
Monthly – Call Statistics by property and call centers
Quarterly/Yearly – Various reports
Assist with the establishment of Standard Operating Procedures.
Monitor and analyze competitor pricing strategies and demand generators and implement strategies to drive market share.
Manage relationships with key third party and e-channels; expedia, hotels.com, Travelocity, quickbook, etc.
Provide 14 day forecasts for staffing levels to all Department heads.
Create 90 day forecasts on monthly basis.
Participate in annual budget, pricing, and Sales and Marketing plans.
Facilitate and lead weekly Sales Strategy meeting with GM and Sales leaders.
Attend daily sales revenue meeting and weekly sales meeting.
Participate in the development of new project proposals.
Establish and implement short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings to promote the company.
Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors.
Recommend and administer policies and procedures to enhance operations.
Work with department managers and corporate staff to develop five year and ten year business plans for the company.
Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
Serve on planning and policy-making committees.
Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate department staff.
Support all hotel wide training, guest relations, branding and cultural initiatives.
Maintain awareness of all departments operational challenges and assist when appropriate.
Attend hotel wide social, community and associate functions.
