Duties:



  • Willingness to accept the most effective role.

  • Responsible for the promotion of a safe and professional workplace through adhering to policies and procedures as outlined in the Great Wolf Resorts handbook.

  • To ensure stock is removed from receiving dock and deliver to stockroom on day of arrival and that no stock is left for any overnight period.

  • Pull packing slip for each shipment and count product.

  • Print purchase order and note what was received then turn in accurate receiving paperwork.

  • Contact vendor with problems on shipment/keep trail of communication.

  • To ensure all internal and external ticketing is complete.

  • Cleanliness of following areas: Retail storerooms, work space area, vacuum & floors washed as required. Brings out cardboard, garbage & recycling daily. Break down all boxes for disposal.

  • Review damages and determine what should be marked out of stock.

  • List all product to be marked out of stock on damage form.

  • Determine that all product in stockroom has been redlines.

  • Prepare stockroom for inventory.

  • Pre-count specific product for inventory.

  • Prepare shop for inventory.

  • Prepare zone map, zone tags and hang zone tags for inventory.

  • Interface with accounting and auditors during outside audited inventory.

  • Participates fully in Project Green Wolf, our company-wide environmental sustainability initiative, which includes, but is not limited to, recycling, waste reduction, and energy and water conservation.




QUALIFICATIONS:




  • Basic math skills and computer skills.


  • Excellent multi-tasking skills. Prioritizes and performs a variety of concurrent tasks with minimal direction.


  • Understands the importance of "living or Brand" and creating a unique level of service which supports it. 


  • Must be flexible regarding scheduling as it is based on business demands.


  • Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen.



PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:




  • Lift up to 50lbs, up to 100lbs pushing or pulling and long periods of standing.
