Job Description


  • Monitor FOH and Room Service associates; adherence to all service standards and inspect daily cleanliness of associates and areas
  • Supervise service of guests
  • Establish and monitor side-work duty completion
  • Maintain bank – keep it balanced and secure at all times
  • Read daily communication sheets; check for all personnel call offs and check floor plan for coverage
  • Respond to customer needs, issues, comments, and problems to ensure a quality experience and enhance future sales. Report all communications immediately to FBD
  • Check restaurant for cleanliness and set-up. Check service standards, proper setup, and well-kept table maintenance
  • Communicate daily with FBD with regard to associate performance, guest satisfaction, hotel information, etc
  • Assist restaurant managers in conducting training, menu changes, tastings, meetings, etc
