Restaurant Outlets Manager

Position Description

We are currently looking for an Assistant Food and Beverage Outlets Manager for the Lobby (Lobby Court) and an Assistant Food and Beverage Outlets Manager for the Lounge (Bonavista Lounge).


Supervise the employees in the shift operations and aid in the administration of the Restaurant to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service, compliance with corporate/franchise policies and procedures while meeting/exceeding financial goals.


Position is responsible for operations in a shift in the Restaurant. Recommends procedural changes. Aids in the administration of the Restaurant. Monitors shift revenues.


Education: More than two years of employment in a related position with this company or other organization(s)


Candidate must have knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and Management skills. Candidate must have an excellent verbal and written communication skills. SERVsafe and TIPS certified. Previous experience preferred.
