The Clubhouse at Streamsong Black will feature and exciting new restaurant called Bone Valley Tavern. Bone Valley Tavern will be the fifth full service dining experience available at Streamsong and offers a casual, inviting environment, highlighted by a large 32 seat bar, 96 additional indoor seats, and ample outdoor seating. Guests will enjoy a wide selection of specialty ales, spirits appetizers and entrees found nowhere else on property. The Gauntlet, a two-acre putting course, is located just outside the Clubhouse and will allow for friendly competition and beverages after a day of remarkable golf or busy meetings.



Responsibilities:


Plan and manage the Restaurant, Room Service, Bar, and other food and beverage outlets as appropriate to achieve customer (guest, associate, corporate and owners) satisfaction and quality service while meeting and exceeding financial goals. Position is responsible for the short term planning and daily operations of the Restaurant and Room Service and may manage a lounge or quiet bar. Recommends promotional ideas and procedural changes. Prepares forecasts, implements, and monitors and controls the budgets for the various areas.

  • Education: A four year college degree or equivalent education or experience.


  • Experience: Four to five years of employment in a related position with this company or other organization.


  • Skills and Abilities: Requires advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the Food and Beverage/Hospitality profession. This includes the knowledge required for management of people, complex problems, and food and beverage management. Ability to study, analyze and interpret complex activities. Must possess highly developed communication skills to negotiate, convince, sell, and influence other managerial personnel, hotel guest(s), and corporate clients.
