Job Description

Hallford’s Kitchen & Bar now open at Embassy Suites – DFW Airport North in Grapevine, Texas.

New restaurant concept is seeking a full-time RESTAURANT MANAGER with the natural desire to succeed in an exciting environment! Do you love craft cocktails? Are you a wine geek or a beer nerd? Join us to put your passion to work. Our hotel has gone through a major renovation and we are excited to start with brand new facilities and a delicious menu focused on seasonal American food with European flair served with artisanal beverages.The Restaurant Manager provides direction and leadership within the restaurant to enhance the guest’s experience according to Company standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develops, directs and operates the Restaurant including supervising all Restaurant associates.
2. Develops strategies and programs to enhance the food and beverage experience.
3. Oversees the day-to-day responsibilities of the Restaurant: station assignments, opening and closing side work duties, end of shift reports, payroll reports, etc.
4. Guides, coaches, counsels, develops, trains and inspires direct reports in a leadership role which promotes teamwork and enhances the overall service experience and maximum productivity.
5. Works with the culinary department to provide the highest level of culinary experience.
6. Works in concert with the stewarding department to be responsible for hygiene, safety and sanitary conditions in accordance with state and local department authorities.
7. Performs all other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

1. 2 years of restaurant supervisor experience
2. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, to include, early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
3. ServSafe and TABC certification required at the time employment begins
