Sottoterra Restaurant is our Specialty Fine Dining Italian Restaurant open primarily in the evenings, Tuesday through Saturday.
As a Restaurant Manager, you would be responsible for planning and managing the Restaurant. Recommend promotional ideas and procedural changes. Prepare forecasts, and implement, monitor and control the budget for your outlet.
As a Restaurant Manager you will be expected to assist in the other food and beverage outlets as appropriate in order to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service, compliance with corporate/franchise policies and procedures and federal, state and local regulations while meeting/exceeding financial goals.
