Job Description


The Hilton Santa Clara is looking for Restaurant Manager to join their F&B Management Team! Come be part of one of the finest Santa Clara Four Diamond Hotels featuring 280 guestrooms located in the heart of Silicon Valley.
This is a great opportunity for someone to experience the Food & Beverage area of the hospitality industry. We are looking for local candidates to fill this position ASAP. This position reports to the Director of Operations, and will be required to work have a flexible schedule to work mostly PM shifts with some mid-shifts, both weekdays and weekends including holidays.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Ensures the proper operation of the Restaurant, Lounge, Coffee Bar, and Room Service during their shift
  • Responsible for training associates, counseling associates, and enforcing hotel policies
  • Responsible for the overall condition and cleanliness of the restaurant, lounge, coffee bar and room service areas
  • Must understand and meet all Guests' service needs
  • Responds to social media guests comments

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age in order to serve alcoholic beverages
  • Minimum 1-2 years of previous supervisory experience
  • Previous experience working in a restaurant environment and as a server preferred
  • Current certification in TIPS Alcohol Awareness training and ServSafe Manager
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
  • Previous Micros experience preferred
  • Must be able to create flyers and run data reports
  • Must be able to contribute in the creation of special menus
