Our Human Resources team is seeking a Resort Hiring Manager who will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment of mostly line level positions at our Resorts. We need a team of hospitality-minded professionals to provide exceptional service to our guests. Duties include, but are not limited to:- Review and analyze resumes through our ATS system- Posting to internal and external sites- Develop and maintain professional relationships with community agencies, colleges and organizations to source candidates- Prescreen and interview candidates- Communicate and coordinate with hiring managers regarding candidates, interviews and job descriptions- Maintain staffing metrics through staff requisitions- Assist new hires through the paperwork process- Develop candidate pools for future staffing needs.The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years previous experience as a Recruiter, with working knowledge of HR Law as it pertains to Employment. The candidate will prove People Skills, Interviewing Skills and Organization skills. S/he must have exceptional computer knowledge to utilize various programs and manipulate reports. Recruitment requires being a good judge of character, embracing Diversity and respecting Confidentiality. The position requires the ability to travel, sitting for extended periods of time, some public speaking and being an Ambassador for the Resorts.
