Job Description

Lead, coordinate and directly manage Reservations staff members in providing quality customer focused service delivery and creating the synergy necessary to enhance the guest’s experience and overall satisfaction with their stay.  In collaboration with the Guest Services, Sales/Catering Sales, Revenue Management, and Central Reservations; provide each team the necessary data in a timely manner to ensure smooth operations and guest service. To be accomplished through daily supervision, staffing, training, coaching, counseling, scheduling and visually monitoring performance.  Minimum of 3 years management experience in a luxury hotel/resort or related hospitality areas.  Advanced understanding of luxury traveler services and expectations are required.  Bachelor’s degree and 3 years related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.  Display the ability to effectively work both independently and collaboratively; to meet goals, deadlines and service levels.  Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.  Proficiency in computer MS Work, Outlook and MS Excel required.  Experience in Maestro helpful.  Able to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays.   Fluency in English both verbal and written.
