The Reservation Engagement Manager will be responsible for ensuring engaging and efficient reservation operations with all guests, in order to achieve loyal returning guests and maximum room revenue to meet or exceed revenue goals. The Reservation Engagement Manager will report to the Director of Revenue and job tasks will include but not limited to the following :



Overseeing the group & transient reservation process

Manage and oversee all reservation related systems

Ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented and be able to problem solve in a caring manner with all people.

Pre-arrival ambassador for increasing loyalty and enhancing guest experience

Must have strong ability to manage rates and hotel inventory control

Work closely with the Global Contact Center

Coach and develop a reservation engagement agent

Perform revenue management functions in absence of the Director of Revenue

* 2+ years Hotel Reservations Management/Front Office Management experience preferred.
* Must have previous experience with forecasting and revenue management.
* A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
* Must be proficient in general computer knowledge
* Must have extensive experience with customer service.
* Knowledge of Hyatt's reservation systems and procedures preferred
