Job Details

Leading Furnished Apartment provider seeks experienced Reservations Coordinator to be a liaison between customers and the hotel sales department. Job duties include answering inquiries pertaining to properties; respond to phone and email booking requests; make and confirm reservations; maintain records of room availability and guest accounts; respond to travel agency inquries; perform general administrative and data entry tasks and support the hotel sales team.

Requirements and Qualifications: High school diploma required, college degree preferred; hotel or travel agency experience preferred; hospitality and/or certification a plus. Must have a detail orientation; Bilingual English/Spanish (verbal and written) skills a plus.

Hours/Days: 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday
