Job Details


This position will oversee our portfolio of four-star hotels and resorts and will report directly to the Vice President of the Company working closely with various Senior leaders within our respective regions of operations. This individual will be responsible for the development and execution of strategies that will support, strengthen and grow the brand.




Job Requirements


  • Exhibit leadership competencies that create vision, provide direction and drives the success of the company's direct sales and marketing efforts far into the future for multiple properties.
  • Lead strategic planning, development, and coordination of business initiatives and strategies for the organization.
  • Oversee communication to customers related to the long term vision and strategies and ensuring timely and proactive communications to all stakeholders.
  • Facilitate the development of a strategic sales and marketing approach that follows a standardized process and effectively communicates strategy and revenue projections.
  • Partner with leadership to provide advice, guidance and support for the various sales functions and day to day initiatives. Act as first line resource for divisional inquiries and questions related to sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and review property business plans and results on a quarterly basis, including making recommendations based on changing conditions and results.
  • Assist DOSMs and GMs in providing strategic guidance for Local and Banquet Catering F&B revenues and sales operations. Must understand and be able to articulate catering and banquet F&B strategies and actions.
  • Ensure the value of the management contract investment is maximized by utilizing corporate resources and ensuring implementation and adherence to establish policies and procedures.
