Oversee portfolio of 10-15 full service assets. Provide General Managers with oversight, guidance and support in order to maximize the assets value for the owners. Accountable as the primary regional leader for ensuring each of the portfolio hotels exceeds guest satisfaction. Also responsible for delivering regional targets for F&B, Revenue, Margins and Flow-Through.

Job Function


* Oversee property leadership analysis and action planning of the monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual guest satisfaction results.
* Drive Guest Satisfaction to exceed brand minimums, identify key drivers, organize action plans and holds leadership accountable for execution.
* Monitor property flow-through performance and drive margin action plans.
* Identify and develop best practices and facilitate implementation throughout portfolio.
* Direct the efforts of identifying revenue opportunities as well as root causes of food and beverage related cost deficiencies at the hotel.
* Travels frequently to assigned locations to maintain visibility and to foster effective relations with staff and managers.





Experience


* B.S. in Business Administration, Accounting or Hotel Management
* 5+ years in a property leadership role, 10+ years in hospitality management.



Skills and Knowledge


* Extremely high ethical and quality standards.
* Results in guest satisfaction in service, cleanliness and friendliness.
* Has rotated through a variety of operations roles, including but not limited to General Manager, Director of Operations, Front Office, Housekeeping and Food and Beverage.
* Excellent interpersonal skills required including motivation, accountability and communication.
* Very strong communication and presentation skills. This individual needs to be comfortable and effective at presenting to ownership groups and internally to senior management.
* Strong organizational and time management skills; role is responsible for driving broad dimensions across wide geographic area.
* Extremely strong analytical/intellectual skills and business acumen; need to identify properties quickly and proactively.
* Strong sensitivity to internal and external customer needs.
* Multiple brand guest satisfaction experience including: GEI, GuestVoice, SALT, NPS and/or Heartbeat.
