Job Description:

Assist with the operations of all Recreation facilities and amenities. Manage and lead associates within the department. Coordinate group recreation events.


* Assist with supervision and development of Recreation Supervisor, Attendants, Camp Omni counselors and interns.
* Provide exceptional guest service.
* Ensure Recreation facility is kept clean and properly maintained.
* Assist with duties as they relate to: scheduling, payroll, recruiting, training, financials, MOS, inventories, ordering, safety procedures and implementing Omni culture in Recreation Associates.
* Implementation and facilitation of Recreation activities, programs and events.



* Degree in Recreation, Hospitality, or related field.
* At least 1 year experience in a supervisory position.
* Able to become certified in basic CPR and First Aid.
* Basic computer skills for payroll, ordering and other administrative work.

Physical Requirements:

* Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
* Able to push/pull towel bins weighing up to 300 pounds.
* Must have basic swimming skills to assist a guest in the pool if needed.
* Able to work on feet for majority of shift.

Working Environment:

* Okay to work in various weather conditions: extreme heat, cold, rain, sun, etc.
* Must be comfortable in and around pools.
