Job Description

We are looking for a Part Time Receiving Agent that will support the Food & Beverage Department by ensuring that all food, beverage and other related products is received, documented and stored appropriately.

Position Description & Job Responsibilities

·        Receives all food, beverage and other related products.

·        Signs invoices with proper signature and codes invoices.

·        Logs liquor invoices

·        Answer phones in a professional manner.

·        Communicates shorts on invoices.

·        Verifies what food and beverage deliveries are per specifications and quality levels.

·        Oversee activity in general storeroom.

·        Responsible for sanitation in the Food and Beverage storage area.

·        Assist in other departments as needed.

Formal Education and Job Related Requirements

·        High school graduate or equivalent.

·        Food & Beverage receiving experience preferred.

·        Ability to read and write.

·        Excellent communication skills

Job-Related Physical Requirements

This position requires the employee to engage in Occasional Sitting, Fine Motor Skills, Gross Motor Skills, Hand Eye Coordination.  Frequent Standing, Walking, Bending, Reaching, Crouching, Balancing, Kneeling, Pushing and Pulling, Lifting up to 70lbs., Manual Dexterity, Near Vision, Far Vision & Hearing.

The position involves the following Environmental Factors: Working; outside, inside, alone, closely with others, Excessive Cold/Heat, Excessive Humidity/Dampness, Noise/Vibrations, above ground, with chemicals/detergents/cleaners and walking on uneven surfaces.
