Henrietta's Table @ The Charles Hotel is looking for a Private Dining Room Manager who is able to meet and exceed the needs of our guests planning their Private Dining Room Events such as small weddings, rehearsal dinners, showers, company events, holiday parties, etc. Ideal candidates will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to develop positive client relationships. As private dining manager you are able to assist in executing the events. You will be able to maintain a communicative relationship with the Chefs and management in order to meet the guests needs while adhering to the Henrietta's Table Standards.



When handling private events, the manager is required to book the event, work with outside vendors if necessary and assist the customer in developing the event. The private dining manager may be involved in all aspects of the event, from creating seating arrangements to selecting decorations and working with Chef Peter Davis to build the menu.



In addition to developing and maintaining positive client relationships, the private dining manager has other tasks to complete. The manager has to create venue revenue report for management, draft contracts to book client private events and review third-party vendor agreements. Manager must also be able to adequately accommodate any client special requests, such as specific dietary concerns for guests.



Fundamentals:


To be successful in this role you should have good communication skills, exemplary social etiquette and effective computer knowledge. Knowledge of of how different beverages, including wine, pair with certain foods is desired. Previous Private Dining management experience of at least 1-2 years desired.
