PHG manages, develops, finances, and owns hotels and resorts located in California, Hawaii, Arizona and Louisiana. We currently own and manage 11 hotels and resorts, representing over 2,676 rooms and 203,650 square feet of premier indoor meeting and event space.

Position Summary: To serve the guests and ensure their complete satisfaction within our pool area.
1. Provide the highest quality guest interactions - be pleasant, friendly and polite to everyone.
2. Keep working area neat and clean.
3. Take food and beverage orders from guests.
4. Manage walk-up and seated guests appropriately.
5. Follow service standards and best practices at all times.
