Essential Functions: Maintain standards of guest services and a consistent guest experience.
Answer console within three rings.
Use designated verbiage and appropriate business etiquette at all times.
Direct phone calls to appropriate Personnel and In House Guests.
Assist all guests and employees as needed.
Conduct Wake Up Calls using standardized verbiage.
Maintain good relations with in house guests at all times.
Responsible for documentation and delivery of fax, mail, packages, and messages.
Handle guest complaints promptly and resolve to satisfaction.
Keep personal grooming at highest standards.
Keep work area clean and organized – no food items permitted in PBX area.
Use guest name in all transactions.
Follow all safety and security procedures. Direct command center for fire, life, and safety issues. Never give out confidential information, guest names, or room numbers.
