Provide support to Corporate Payroll and property HR/Finance teams regarding inquiries, issues, and discrepancies.
Work closely with Corporate Payroll to make system changes and to escalate system issues with HR/Payroll software.
Build and modify payroll reports based on business needs
Work with hotel department managers to ensure all associates timecards are accurate
Communicate out any payroll discrepancies and ensure follow up
Maintain accurate documentation for position tasks and common processes.
Any additional duties as assigned by Corporate Payroll or on property Finance/HR
Maintain the main change fund for the Hotel
Issue house banks for new managers/associates
Prepare the daily cash deposit for the hotel and reconcile variances
Hotel or Payroll experience preferred.
