Payroll Coordinator

Position Description

You're helpful by nature, incredibly organized, and a stickler for detail. You enjoy working with figures and making automated systems work for you. You treat every pay check as if it's your own. A valued team member with a pulse on all things payroll, you love delivering indispensable support to your team, the larger finance department, and most importantly the hard-working associates taking care of our hotels and guests. We sure can use your enthusiasm and abilities as Payroll Coordinator with Interstate!

As Payroll Coordinator, you will


  • Use your critical eye to audit property payrolls for accurate time and earnings. Reconcile data processed by ADP against property-submitted reports. Process court-ordered garnishments with efficient accuracy.

  • Carefully review and import associate data from the HRIS, time-keeping and payroll systems.

  • Respond with prompt, accurate efficiency to information requests for manual check processing, leave management, and union matters.

Fundamentals

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with 12 months experience in a similar role payroll, accounting or finance role. Math aptitude, regular use of a computer, business software and equipment are expected. Previous ADP PCPW experience is helpful. Excellent written and verbal English communication and customer service skills are required.
