To produce all baked items for service in the restaurant and catering functions, ensuring that all are prepared according to standards and specifications.
Ensure all in-house produced bakery items are prepared on time and in the required amounts.
2. Maintain Bakery Production Chart and Cleaning Schedule on a daily basis.
3. Help reduce leftovers by monitoring production properly store all items and utilize leftovers. Rotate, label, and date all food items.
4. Maintain cleaning standards in immediate work area, equipment, and bakery carts. Ensure that all stations are properly cleaned at end of shift.
5. Maintain proper Bake Shop pars of production levels according to estimates on the production sheets maintain freshness standards.
6. Assist in prep work as required for next shift.
7. Practice safety standards at all times.
