Fantastic Opportunity to work with an amazing Culinary Team!

Plan, prep, set up and provide service in all areas of pastry production. Displays and presentations of all items designated by Executive Pastry Chef for service. Associate will be able to follow established recipe and plating guide provided, to exact specification maintain and organize their station and equipment in a neat and orderly fashion to meet the Chef’s expectation. Maintain and contribute to a positive work environment

Requirements

Previous Pastry Culinary experience at a high end/fine dining establishment or comparable required. Luxury hotel Pastry Culinary experience highly desirable.
