The Pastry Chef de Partie is responsible for overseeing the day to day pastry operation and supporting the Pastry Chef. The Chef de Partie is responsible for introducing innovative recipes and to develop the teams's ability to produce a premium quality product at all times. 
We are looking for curious hoteliers who have a passion for pastry work and a keen sense for flavors, color and texture in what they produce. 

Job Requirements

*Knowledge of statutory requirements regarding health and safety, sanitation, proper chemical usage, fire procedures, and HACCP. 
*Culinary background in luxury resort kitchens, with quality large banquet volume experience. 
*Minimum of two years of operational kitchen experience in a leadership role.
*Culinary Degree qualification is preferred. 
*Ability to provide both guidance and strong leadership.
*Strong communication skills.
