QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, & WORK EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent. Two years food and beverage experience. Excellent customer service skills. Pleasant and helpful personality. Ability to handle stressful situations.
Set-up to include brewing coffee, icing beverages, picking up food from various areas and to put out the food. Keep kiosk area clean - bus as needed. Preset breaks for the day. At the end of functions, break down kiosks, cleaning and closing checklist. Interact with guests in a professional and courteous manner.
Maintain open communication with management and other employees. Be well organized and efficient. Resolve guest problems. Handle cash according to policy. Any reasonable tasks as requested by Supervisor.
