We are seeking a dynamic, energetic and detailed individual for our overnight front office/audit team. The position will work 4 nights per week from 11pm - 7am. Scheduoed shifts will vary Monday through Thursday night but will be workiing Friday and Saturday nights.
The Front office team is responsible for the delivery of world class guest service to Loews Hotel guests and team. This position will register guests, assign rooms, settle guest accounts, and reconciles guest revenue statements, answers incoming/in house phone lines, directs phone calls and/or taking messages, coordinates communication among hotel personnel, receives, processes and performs wake up calls for guests, maintains records and/or files of all communication and activities, and coordinates with other hotel departments to satisfy guest requests. Concierge and switchboard responsibilities will also be included in this role. Overnight responsibilities include ensuring that that hotel front office and cashiering responsibilities are followed and that all work balanced.
The position reports to the Overnighth Manager.

The candidate will have the following knowledge, skills and abilities that are required:
- Minimum one years Front Desk experience at a comparable quality hotel or equivalent
- Experience handling multi phone line telephone systems
- General knowledge of hotel departments
- Excellent communication skills – oral and written
- Excellent guest service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including overnight shifts from 11am - 7pm, flexible schedule for the other two shifts.
- Must be able to stand and/or sit for an eight-hour shift
Preferred Knowledge, skills or abilities include:
- Opera experience
- Previous night audit or accounting experience
