The Mark Restaurant by Jean-Georges is looking for experienced overnight cooks who share Jean-Georges' passion for the finest quality in service and food.
The ideal cook candidate must have at least two years experience in fine-dining or equivilant culinary school degree, excellent attention to detail, and is a realiable, hard worker.
Must have a flexible schedule.
