We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Outlet Manager who can develop and implement F&B strategies while leading the team to deliver the highest standards of guest satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Includes the following, but not limited to:
*Directs the administrative functions and the planning of the Food & Beverage Department to meet the daily needs of the operation.
*Describes, assigns, and delegates responsibility and authority of various departments: Culinary Operations, Catering, Banquets, Restaurants, Lounge, and Room Service.
*Establish Policies & Procedures for the effective operation of all areas.
*Assists in establishing and achieving profit objectives and desired standards of food quality, service standards, overall sanitation, and merchandising and marketing efforts.
*Reviews and evaluates customer satisfaction of all food & beverage outlets and banquet services.
*Implements effective food & beverage purchasing and receiving standards.
*Promotes positive Guest and Associate experiences.
*Minimum three years progressive experience at a full-service hotel.
*Ability to formulate and manage budget and labor expenses.
*Experienced in developing new menu items and setting competitive pricing.
*Strong background in establishing and achieving profit objectives, along with maintaining the highest standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
*Awareness of current market trends.
*Create menus for catered events to increase sales and develop innovative ideas to increase average checks, covers, and liquor sales.
*Ability to lead and develop a strong F&B Team.
