Position Description

We seek an experienced Overnight Manager to supervise the Front Desk and Night Audit operation overnight.. You arrive in the night, dive deep into the books, and reveal anything out of place. You leap to the front desk, attending to that travel-weary guest. And with accurate precision before the sun rises, you draw a clear picture using the night's data for the new day's action.

As the Overnight Manager, you will

  • Supervise general hotel operations

  • Supervise the balancing, reconciliation and closing of various daily accounts and prepare the daily statements to provide accurate, timely information to management.

  • Attend to guest needs at the front desk.

  • Maintain preparedness and implement emergency procedures when appropriate to protect the hotel guests, staff and assets.


A minimum of 3years hospitality experience, 1-2 of them in a Night Audit supervisory position or a related position with this company or other organization(s). An Accounting background is preferred but not required.Bachelor's degree preferred. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to compile facts and figures. You must be able to communicate effectively and courteously over the telephone and in person. This position may occasionally require lifting luggage up to 50 pounds.
