The DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Phoenix is looking for an energetic, customer service oriented individual to take on the roll of Night Auditor/Guest Service Agent. Night Auditors are running nightly reports, balancing and posting banquet checks, balancing daily credit card receipts and transmitting. Resolving any discrepancies. Guest Service Agents are responsible for all front desk duties such as: checking in and checking out procedures. assisting guest with directions, luggage, printing boarding passes, etc. Provide exceptional guest service in accordance to brand and hotel standards.
