« Review Night Audit and Front Desk Logbooks « Ensure 100% Guest Satisfaction; handle guest concerns with effective follow-up « Run tapes for all postings and balance each department « Close batches for Restaurant, Lounge and Front Desk « Complete the adjustment log, credit card report, paid out log and F & B adjustments « Print accounting & sales reports « Perform GSA functions such as check in and checkout of guests « Problem-solving guests concerns or proactively exceeding guest expectations « Keeping adequate supplies of brochures, maps and tourist information « Providing guests with current information about the Hotel rooms, amenities, services and local attractions
« Ability to deal with all levels of management, staff and owners in a professional manner « Excellent communication skills « Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administration skills « Ability to work within and meet deadlines. Proven ability to manage multi-tasked assignments. « Demonstrated knowledge of guest service and a genuine desire to exceed guest expectation. « Previous experience would be an asset.
