Undergeneral direction, theMulti Media Specialist designs, develops, produces and maintains training videos, photography and presentations. Designs training materials for print and digital. Video responsibilities include but are not limited to scripting, planning, scheduling, filming, editing and production. Works with other Training Department team members on projects as requested.

Essential Duties:
* Exemplifies a +1 Service attitude and provides courteous, friendly guest service by responding promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests and complaints from both internal and external team members.
* Determines resource requirements for each project and obtains approvals as needed. Prepares and tracks project schedules.
* Participates in concept development meetings, helping to identify overall goals and messages for projects.
* Assist with creation of overall design concept of each project. Works closely with the Manager of Training and Development to establish core content elements such as background information, story line and script.
* Assists with the development of scripts and project flow charts. Clarifies messages and assists with selection of media that is appropriate for the audience. Advises on most effective delivery option for message and audience.
* Performs research on various topics as needed by the project.
* Oversees scheduling of talent, technical requirements and resources needed for each project.
* Executes/produces the project – photography shoot, video shoot, etc. Edits the material and presents proofs for approval.
* Revises materials and projects as directed and presents for final approval.
* Works closely with other members of the Training department to ensure that there is a consistent look and message with other collateral.
* Appreciates the diversity of our team and guests and contributes to maintaining a positive work environment at all times.
* Assists the department by performing additional duties and projects as assigned.
Education and/or Experience:
Requires a college degree, preferably in Communications. Three to five years of multi media experience.

Other Skills and Abilities:

Requires ability to work in a seated position for the work day. Ability to read a computer screen and operate a computer for an extended period of time. Requires the ability to stand for extended periods of time (i.e. during photo shoots or video projects). Also requires the ability to lift up to 75 lbs (i.e. photo and video equipment).

Requires ability to give and take oral direction. Requires ability to speak English clearly and communicate clearly in English, both orally and in writing. Requires strong writing and grammar skills. Requires ability to relate to others in a warm, friendly and professional manner. Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently with minimal assistance from Supervisor.

Requires ability to operate photo and video production equipment. Requires strong knowledge of design programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and video editing software such as Premier Pro, After Effects and Final Cut Pro. Requires proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
