The ideal candidate would understand excellent customer service when performing all spa services including massage and body treatments thereby ensuring an exceptional client experience. An understanding of various massage styles and treatment techniques as well as the ability to cross-sell spa products are key to this position. In addition, operational focus will include working with the front of house staff as well as the members of the spa staff to deliver flawless service to one another and our guests.
Formal Education and Job Related Requirements
Our preference would be that the candidate will possess a minimum of a high school diploma and previous employment experience. Hotel experience is preferred, but not required. Must possess effective communications skills. Additional requirements: Certification from a licensed massage school.

This position requires the employee to engage in occasional walking; sitting; using hands to finger, handling or feeling objects, tools, or controls; reaching with hands and arms; balancing; stooping; talking or hearing. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
The position involves the following Environmental Factors: exposure to weather conditions prevalent at the time. The noise level in the work environment is usually minimal.
