Rate of Pay: Hourly plus Service Charge
QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, & WORK EXPERIENCE
Education: Must be a graduate of Massage Therapy school Experience: Must have at least 2 years experience in the salon/spa resort industry. Licenses or certificates: Professional Massage Therapy License issued by the State of Illinois and obtain a National Certification

Operate and troubleshoot all Massage equipment Perform all Massages and Body Treatments per Spa protocol Become knowledgeable of all treatments and products available at the Spa Keep work area clean, stocked and sanitized Keep Spa locker area clean and stocked Keep Tranquility room clean and presentable Keep supply room clean and organized Stock towels at fitness center when needed Remove used towels from spa locker rooms and fitness center Upon employment, all spa employees are required to fully comply with Benchmark rules and regulations for the safe and efficient operation of hotel facilities. Employees who violate Spa rules and regulations will be subject to disciplinary action, up to an including termination of employment.
Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established by Benchmark from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. Employees with irregular attendance will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel.
Upon employment, all employees are required to fully comply with Benchmark rules and regulations for the safe and efficient operation of hotel facilities. Employees who violate Hotel rules and regulations will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
