Most importantly, garner relationships with Avalon & SCK marketing team that allows us to have a unified message in all areas of marketing for The Hotel at Avalon.
*

Develop partner relationships throughout Avalon and Alpharetta

Identify, negotiate agreement and cultivate relationships to maximize benefits and exposure

Leverage partner channels and assets
*

Work cooperatively with the CVB Marketing team
*

Identify and vet new ideas and guest experiences, and work with operations team for rollout
*

Assist with community and public relations strategy
*

create events and activations for memorable guest experiences in conjunction with community partners

SOCIAL MEDIA & REPUTATION MANAGEMENT


*

Ongoing response to all reviews (neutral and negative in) TripAdvisor, Expedia, Hotels.com within 48 hours of being displayed; must go through the HEI approval process. Property should receive 100% compliance in the monthly HEI Reputation management scorecard.
*

Ongoing administration and posting to the following sites a minimum of 3 times per week as within HEI SOP guidelines:
