Responsible for the overall coordination of Marketing, Social Media and Public Relations in the IRC Portfolio.

  • Participate in corporate Marketing bi-weekly team conference calls and provide IRC marketing update.

  • Participate in weekly Revenue Management conference calls.

  • Participate in Sales & Catering meetings as needed

  • Participate in monthly Digital Marketing conference calls.

  • Media Plans

    • Assist with the planning and execution of advertising media plans and budgets

  • Assist with proofing advertisements for accuracy.

  • Main point of contact for updating website content on an ongoing basis.

  • Main point of contact with Tambourine. Updating photos, offers, menus, etc.

  • Develop blog content monthly for Tambourine

  • Work closely with Revenue Management in keeping all Offers up to date on websites, including booking links.

  • Update Offers on third party sites such as Trip Advisor, AAA, Visit Florida.

  • Email Marketing

    • Assist with developing content and offers for monthly email marketing newsletters.

    • Keep a regular schedule planned ahead.

    • Main of contact with HMA and reporting.

  • Oversee collateral needs and facilitate production through corporate.

  • Assist with local marketing needs for activities, etc.

  • Tradeshow promotional materials, holiday client gifts, etc.

  • Social Media

    • Main point of contact for Casual Fridays.

    • Develop new content locally.

  • Assist with the scheduling and onsite execution of shoots.

  • Overall responsibility for photography accuracy on all websites, emails, third party listings and online travel agencies such as Expedia and Booking.com.

  • Public Relations

    • Assisting in distribution of upcoming media visit details to hotel staff in preparation for media visits including amenities and meet and greet when needed.

    • Assist with Press Releases.

  • Reputation Management

    • Oversee online review and responses.

    • Engage with customer questions and requests from various channels such as Trip Advisor and Facebook.

Experienced and at least an Associate’s degree
