Reporting directly to Director of Food & Beverage, the Beverage Manager will oversee all activities related to the bar and lounge operation. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Act as senior leadership by developing and assuming key management responsibilities
* Supervise the beverage operation
* Develop and implement creative menu items within the bar concept
* Help plan, coordinate & execute special events
* Lead employees through scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, evaluating and hiring
* Lead other key leadership rolls such as assistant managers
* Lead and coach the team towards achieving exceptional guest service and employee engagement results
* Monitor beverage service, ordering, cost, and quality and consistency on a daily basis
* Participate in events directly related to promoting the hotel’s bar and lounge

This person may be responsible for all beverage within the hotel. Responsibilities may include interviewing, training, forecasting and scheduling.

Strong leadership skills
* Strong analytical skills in order to effectively control beverage cost control
* At least 3 years experience in high volume luxury beverage operations
* Possess strong interpersonal skills
* Experience with basic financial management
* Proficient in general computer knowledge
* Hospitality education and/or on the job training, independent restaurant experience is preferred
