AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Creates guest satisfaction by exceeding guest expectations
Owns the Welcome for all customer contact.
Gives personal attention, takes personal responsibility and uses teamwork when providing guest service
Uses Active Listening Skills when resolving guest problems
Notices when the guest is not satisfied, and takes ownership of the problem until it is resolved. Utilized resources such as the Service Recovery Toolbox to aid in resolution.
Detects potential sources of security problems, safety and fire hazards by maintaining surveillance of the hotel
Patrols hotel on a regular basis
Ensures all hotel entrances are secured and re-opened per hotel policy.
Ensures that function space and offices are secured each night.
Completes daily security log, including pertinent information from the shift.
Monitors driveway areas during heavy function or busy periods to ensure a safe traffic flow.
Handles complaints, investigates and thoroughly reports on customer or team member injuries, worker’s compensations claims, thefts, assaults, lost property, car accidents, loud parties, vandalism and other customer complaints as necessary.
Takes appropriate action on hotel cleanliness issues and general hotel services.
Responds immediately to all emergencies, and coordinates the partial or complete evacuation of the hotel when necessary.
