The Loews Immediate Needs Coordinator (LINC) assists Conference Managers in providing world-class preparation, coordination and servicing of convention and group business. They act as a liaison between guest/meeting planner and operational departments during the conference or meeting's scheduled execution time. They are available on the floor to all clients and provide support and exemplary service before, during, and after meetings and conventions take place. They assist with the operation of the business center, coordinate with hotel concierge for any non conference needs of the meeting planners and attendees, and assist the banquet department in providing a supremely comfortable and uniquely local experience to our guests.
- Minimum of one year's experience in a Food and Beverage or Rooms Division position in a luxury hotel
- Bachelor Degree in Hospitality or Food and Beverage Management
- General knowledge of hotel departments
- Excellent communication, organization, and guest relations skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
