Job Description

BASIC FUNCTION: The Lobby Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the lobby areas, public restrooms, employee restrooms and property internal offices.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Ensure cleanliness of entire lobby area, dusting. Vacuuming of public space, edging and vacuuming. Sweep and wet mop all floors assigned, clean grout Clean Lobby entrance. Clean all glass doors and windows. Clean escalators. Clean elevators, glass, sweep and wet mop floors, clean grout, clean elevator track.  Maintain a clean appearance of the lobby throughout the scheduled shift. Polishes stainless steel, signs, displays, doors, columns.   Sweep and wet mop stairwells, wipe down railings and base boards Observe Concierge & Front Desk area to maintain constant cleanliness appearance. Clean meeting room display monitors clean. Dusts all pictures and furniture. Clean baseboard, corner guards. Clean all bathrooms assigned this includes the following (showers, sinks, toilets, floors, floor grout, trash removal, cleaning of trash receptacles, wipe down walls, clean and polish partition doors ) all bathrooms are to be checked frequently throughout shift and re-cleaned as needed. Re-stocks all restroom assigned (check several times throughout shift) Remove trash from internal offices ( Vacuum only once a week ) Cleaning of offices space only per supervisor request Maintains a neat appearance of work cart. Maintain clean and organized and stocked janitors closets. Report all maintenance needs and special cleaning needs. Return all lost and found articles to Housekeeping Office. Practice safety standards at all times. Clean up spills immediately. Clean elevators, clean walls floors doors and track. Maintain cleanliness throughout the day. Special projects as assigned ie: Detail cleaning of bathrooms, carpet cleaning, grout cleaning, wall cleaning, glass cleaning, striping and waxing of floors, reorganizing of storage space.
