To ensure the cleanliness of the public washrooms, corridors, lobby, and hotel offices.
Maintains supply levels in the public areas, i.e. pads and pencils, toilet paper, and Kleenex.
Maintains and cleans all public washrooms, checking twice each hour.
Makes routine checks of all public areas to ensure cleanliness. Empties ash urns and stamps with logo.
Dusts all tables, lamps, and ledges in all public areas and corridors.
Maintains the cleanliness of all windows, glass, and doors in public areas.
Checks guest elevators, cleans carpets, and polishes brass as necessary. Maintains elevator tracks.
Performs cleaning tasks in public areas, including vacuuming, sweeping, moping, and collecting garbage.
Assists guests and other staff members as needed.
Requires basic employment skills in clerical, service, or manual areas.
Formal Education and Job-Related Experience
This position requires a minimum formal education of some high school and a minimum of less than six months job-related experience.
