The Lobby Lounge Server is responsible for servicing guests, retrieve and serve alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages and light meals to guests, courteously and efficiently according to hotel specifications and Forbes standards. Assist in the maintenance of the outlet area and equipment.

Job Requirements

*Minimum 1 year experience as a Cocktail Server, Food Server or Host/Hostess.
*Food handling certificate.
*Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding.
*Ability to provide legible communication.
*Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
*High school graduate, some college.
*Experience in bartending, handling cash, computers.
*Certification in alcohol awareness program.
*Certification of previous training in liquor, wine and food service.
*CPR Certification.
*Fluency in a foreign language, preferably Spanish.
